Bookkeeping Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at scott@riversbendcpa.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Monthly bookkeeping includes reconciling accounts, categorizing transactions, reviewing financial activity, preparing monthly financial statements, and keeping your books accurate and up to date. It also includes support with basic compliance filings such as sales tax, BWC True‑Up, Unclaimed Funds Filing, and 1099 preparation, depending on your business needs. You can learn more about how we support small businesses on our Bookkeeping Services page.

A cleanup brings your books current, corrects errors, organizes past activity, and prepares your financials so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

If your books are behind, you’re unsure about accuracy, or bookkeeping is taking too much of your time, professional support can help you stay organized and focused on running your business.
